I got a really nice fan art from my friend E.U. , the artist behind Bits Fair, the other day and I really want to show it here on the blog!
Totally awesome and so accurate. He could totally build a whole factory of pine cone airplanes with this kind of life! His future is suddenly very clear to me.
If you haven’t already, you should totally look into Bits Fair! It’s a really nice webcomic in a lovely, original style and setting. First time I read it, my first impression was that it’s a very beautifully crafted homage to battle Shounen-comics, but with a unique take on it; style- and storytelling wise. You think you know what’s going to happen because of the comics you read when you grew up, but are always surprised. Super nice to read on your phone and tablet too, since it’s scroll friendly. Go read it on tapastic or the website! :3
Also, I need to figure out if there is a hidden message of critique in this fan art, since we joked about combining critique into a fan art over at twitter a while ago. How will I ever know? She mentions there is none, but that could hint that there is one. Right? Time to trace all of those dots in the texture to see if there is a message!
